Requesting a Session: Please visit our "Services Page" for service types offered, pricing, and to self-book or Request a Session.

Contact Our Office: For general or media inquiries by filling out the below "Contact Us Form", call our office, or fill out the Request a Session Form if you live in the US and have a general or media inquiry, are ready to schedule a service or make a payment to secure a reservation. Please note: We do not respond to inquiries on pricing that is found on our services page.

Response to Your Inquiry: Our office checks and responds to chat messages, form submissions, and calls Monday to Friday between 12:00 to 6:00 pm EST and other times when available. Please be patient while staff responds to every inquiry. Note: If you submitted a chat request check your email address you submitted for a response.

Privacy and Other Policies: We never share or sell your name, phone number, or email address with a third party. Please view Lauren's No-Refund, Rescheduling, COVID, and Privacy Policies below and contact us with any questions.

Physical and Mailing Address: Lauren's office is located in downtown Mansfield, MA, next to and near restaurants such as Jimmy's Pub, and there is plenty of free parking in front of her office or behind the building. At night, you may also park in the adjacent bank parking lot. Please arrive early to find parking and avoid parking in front of yellow lines to prevent parking tickets. Enter Lauren's office no earlier than 5 minutes before you session time to allow privacy to other clients in session with her.

No-Refund, Rescheduling, COVID, and Privacy Policies

Our No-Refund, Rescheduling, and COVID Policies consists of:

Refund Policy - There are no refunds for cancellations, partial sessions, late arrivals, no-shows, or work performed for any service, End-of-Life Service, Class, or Event. Should Lauren not feel connected to you for any reason during your session, she has the right to end the appointment within 15 minutes and may provide an option to you. Note service fees may apply if she has to reschedule you and more as she has set aside a time to see you. Please be mentally, physically, and spiritually well and open--minded.
Rescheduling of Private Sessions are allowed within 72 hours of the date/time of the service if you contact or office by phone at 508-339-8111 or email if you have an emergency or are sick at least 8 hours in advance if possible so she can move another client into your spot.. Shall Lauren have to cancel any service including a private session, Doula service, class, or event due to an unforeseen emergency or illness she will reschedule you as soon as possible and contact you by phone and email.
COVID Policy - Should you have flu-like or COVID symptoms, please do not attend a session with Lauren in her office or remotely as you will be asked to leave and reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible.
