Our No-Refund, Rescheduling, and COVID Policies consist of:

• No Refund Policy - There are no refunds for cancellations, partial sessions, late arrivals, no-shows, or work performed/services rendered for any service, including End-of-Life, classes, or events. Should Lauren not feel connected to you or if you are dismissive, argumentative, or /not mentally ready to hear the information she provides, she has the right to end the session without a refund as she has reserved the time to speak to you. She cannot force information to come through if you resist receiving it, are dismissive, or if a loved one doesn't voluntarily come through. Booking or paying for a service for another person is strictly prohibited to ensure that all who seek Lauren's professional services have voluntarily agreed to do so by scheduling their own session and are emotionally and spiritually ready and prepared to listen to the information provided.
• No Refunds for Third Party Chat, Audio, or Phone Services - There are no refunds for instant third party chat, audio, or phone services provided by Pop Call, The Best Psychic Directory, Best American Psychics or more.
• Rescheduling of Private Sessions - Rescheduling sessions are allowed within 72 hours of the date/time of the service if you contact the office by phone at 781-373-8107or email if you have an emergency or are sick at least 8 hours in advance if possible so she can move another client into your spot. Lauren has a right to change or cancel a service, including a private session, Doula service, class, or event, due to an unforeseen emergency, inclement weather, or illness. Her office will contact you by phone, text if you have a session, or email if you are an international client or are expected to attend an event with information on rescheduling options as soon as possible. 
• COVID Policy—If you have flu-like or COVID symptoms, please do not attend a session with Lauren in her office or remotely. You will be asked to leave and reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible.
