BOOKING SERVICES - To self-book a one-person Life Path (Psychic), Medium, or any other service in Lauren's Mansfield, MA office or remotely by phone or Zoom during EST, please visit Lauren's Service Page. To purchase tickets for upcoming Medium Events, please visit Lauren's Events Page.

CALL US @ 781-373-8107 - If you have an upcoming appointment or need assistance booking a service not listed on our booking tool, you may call us between 12:00 and 4:00 pm EST, excluding holidays, to speak with someone or leave a voicemail. The response will be via text within 24 to 72 hours, unless you have an appointment that day or the following week.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS ONLY may email us or self-book a session based on Lauren's available EST sessions and your time zone.

MEDIA INQUIRIES ONLY - Please complete the Media Inquiry Form to request television appearances, podcasts, radio, or magazine interviews or an event at your venue.

Session Information

Office Appointments are held at The Spiritual Path with Lauren Robbins LLC, 129 N. Main Street, Suite 201 (no elevator), Mansfield, MA, in the Wheeler Building. Plenty of free on-street parking is available. Arrive at Lauren's office 5 to 10 minutes before your session time.

Phone EST Sessions - Lauren will call you from a private cell number: 774-xxx-1692.

Zoom ET Sessions - Check your email confirmation for the link at least 24 hours before your session.

No-Refund, Rescheduling, COVID, and Privacy Policies

Our No-Refund, Rescheduling, and COVID Policies consist of:

No Refund Policy - There are no refunds for cancellations, partial sessions, late arrivals, no-shows, or work performed/services rendered for any service, including End-of-Life, classes, or events. Should Lauren not feel connected to you or if you are dismissive, argumentative, or /not mentally ready to hear the information she provides, she has the right to end the session without a refund as she has reserved the time to speak to you. She cannot force information to come through if you resist receiving it, are dismissive, or if a loved one doesn't voluntarily come through. Booking or paying for a service for another person is strictly prohibited to ensure that all who seek Lauren's professional services have voluntarily agreed to do so by scheduling their own session and are emotionally and spiritually ready and prepared to listen to the information provided.
Rescheduling of Private Sessions - Rescheduling sessions are allowed within 72 hours of the date/time of the service if you contact the office by phone at 781-373-8107or email if you have an emergency or are sick at least 8 hours in advance if possible so she can move another client into your spot. Lauren has a right to change or cancel a service, including a private session, Doula service, class, or event, due to an unforeseen emergency, inclement weather, or illness. Her office will contact you by phone, text if you have a session, or email if you are an international client or are expected to attend an event with information on rescheduling options as soon as possible.
COVID Policy—If you have flu-like or COVID symptoms, please do not attend a session with Lauren in her office or remotely. You will be asked to leave and reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible.
