CONTACT INFORMATION UPDATE — Effective 7/30/26, Lauren's phone number has changed for her client phone and text line to schedule or reschedule a session or for general inquiries to 508-406-3712. Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for a response, excluding weekends and holidays. All calls will be forwarded from our old number 781-373-8107 until August 30th and then be disconnected.

Session Information

RESCHEDULING A SESSION - Call us at 508-406-3712 if you have to reschedule a session before the 72 hour cut-off, have a question about your upcoming session, are lost or need the building access code after hours.

Office Appointments are held at The Spiritual Path with Lauren Robbins LLC, 129 N. Main Street, Suite 201 (no elevator), Mansfield, MA, in the Wheeler Building. Enter the glass door and arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

Phone EST Sessions - Lauren will call you from a private cell number: 774-xxx-1692 at your scheduled time.

Zoom EST Sessions - Check your email confirmation for the link at least 24 hours before your session.

No-Refund, Rescheduling, COVID, and Privacy Policies

Our No-Refund, Rescheduling, and COVID Policies consist of:

No Refund Policy - There are no refunds for cancellations, partial sessions, late arrivals, no-shows, or work performed/services rendered for any service, including End-of-Life, classes, or events. Should Lauren not feel connected to you or if you are dismissive, argumentative, or /not mentally ready to hear the information she provides, she has the right to end the session without a refund as she has reserved the time to speak to you. She cannot force information to come through if you resist receiving it, are dismissive, or if a loved one doesn't voluntarily come through. Booking or paying for a service for another person is strictly prohibited to ensure that all who seek Lauren's professional services have voluntarily agreed to do so by scheduling their own session and are emotionally and spiritually ready and prepared to listen to the information provided.
Rescheduling of Private Sessions - Rescheduling sessions are allowed within 72 hours of the date/time of the service if you contact the office if you have an emergency or are sick at least 8 hours in advance if possible so she can move another client into your spot. Lauren has a right to change or cancel a service, including a private session, Doula service, class, or event, due to an unforeseen emergency, inclement weather, or illness. Her office will contact you by phone, text if you have a session, or email if you are an international client or are expected to attend an event with information on rescheduling options as soon as possible.
COVID Policy—If you have flu-like or COVID symptoms, please do not attend a session with Lauren in her office or remotely. You will be asked to leave and reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible.
